Chiang Saen (Chiangrai)
There are 3 parts of Chiang Saen that I'd recommend. First is the lake, with the wintering ducks. Second is Nam Kham, with rubythroats and robins. Last but not least is Nong Lom, a popular roosting site of Pied Harriers.
